N°7 - ROSENDO MATEU

Rosendo Mateu No. 7 has a particularly delicate floral top note, composed of rose petals, which quickly blends with the perfume's heart notes. The protagonist of this creation is patchouli, harvested from fields in Indonesia, where its leaves are dried and then moistened with water to ferment and be distilled for many hours in iron stills. The patchouli used by Rosendo Mateu in the No. 7 perfume is obtained by a process of molecular distillation which allows the best possible quality to be obtained from this raw material. The heart notes consist of spicy and floral notes like jasmine, which is strongly emphasized with animal undertones. The base notes are a blend of high quality oud from Laos and Thai oud with vanilla absolute from Madagascar and benzoin from Siam.
